I received a top floor as requested in the online booking. They had rooms available and accomodated our early arrival. Breakfast was great with really more than was expected(waffles!). We brought a 5 and 6 year old who spent hours in the pool that ranged from 3' to 4'9". Great stay! More

Don't understand the negative reviews about this hotel. We found it to be very nice. Rooms were nice by Fairfield Inn Standards. Clean and neat, with friendly staff and great location. Also the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had in any hotel. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Ottumwa area. More

The staff here was rude. The housekeeping girls were snotty and very arrogant and immature when asked questions about things. The manager was real snotty as well. The front desk staff named Polly she was really rude and never smiled or said thank you. Acted like she did not know her job well. More
