This is a hotel ran by amateurs trying to look like professionals. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful enough but yet we still found them some what slow and lacking where service was concerned. This place is the best! The diner attached to the hotel has delicious dinners and breakfasts. The rooms are perfect, similar to major chains. It is extremely quiet and pretty at night. Great overall expierence.

We reserved two rooms and one room had no working shower. We were weary travelers and while the hotel moved our room it did not leave us with the best impression. None of us got much sleep due to the entire experience.
