What an awful experience! We were in town for five days to visit my brother who has terminal cancer. We were on a budget--so we booked the best deal we could find. Id rather sacrifice food than stay here ever again! Not only is the hotel dirty and smells terrible, the people that work here are terrible! I stay in hotels...

We stayed here because winter weather kept us from getting home from Bloomington. The lady who checked us in was so nice & very friendly @ check in. The rooms were drab & could really use updating. The sheets did not look like they were changed. They were dingy & did not smell clean. In the morning the lady working...

Stinky place, obviously due to uncleanliness. Refused to give me contractor price because I booked online to get the double points on my Wyndham rewards card.... who promotes the stay at their hotel! So either pay more or get your points, all other hotels honor my contractor pricing even though I booked online. I will be back to the area,...

We arrived in our room to find that all our towels and washcloths were sopping wet. Clerk was nice and gave us new ones. Bed uncomfortable and did not have fitted sheets.

The check-in guy didn't care, didn't even want to bother checking me in. But he was quick to get back to the lobby computer....

The owners are the trouble or the care takers, loud family up one night till midnight, kids in the hall running around and very loud people. Phone system is weak, can't hear very good in it and they did not know how to set so I could call out to an 800 number, kept getting an adult line... NOT NICE!!...

Growing up in Mason City, this was a Thrithy Scot hotel. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for one night in Mason City so I picked the Days Inn. Not the worst decision I've ever made. I wasn't real thrilled when I walked in and smelled Middle Eastern food that was being prepared on premises, it ususally...

We stayed at this property twice in late March/early April due to a family illness, with the first visit visit mainly due to this being the only hotel in M.C. that accepts pets. Some remodeling has taken place in the last couple years since our last stay. Their standard rooms are very small, so we have elected to pay a...
