“Fabulous Experience”

We had such a great stay at this hotel. Being right on the river was fabulous. Great staff, clean hotel, everything was perfect. Got a 10% discount at nearby Bierstube for showing our hotel key. Yum. Loved the grab-bowl for bonus Priority Club points. I would love to go back and spend more time here.

“Great stay”

My husband and I checked in last night and we very impressed with both the hotel and the front desk. I have to admit that I was a little hesitant after reading other reviews about the train noise, but we really wanted to stay on the Mississippi river. “Nice rooms, good breakfast!”

Went for a great surprise girls weekend. Loved the location. Very clean place. Breakfast was great. The nice woman who worked at the breakfast was so attentive and kept her cool. This hotel has a beautiful location on the river. We had a clean, quiet, and comfortable room. It was very easy to get to and near all the local attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in an hour early which was greatly appreciated!

Our room, a suite, was terrible. We stayed a few months ago, but I just discovered Tripadvisor. In the hallway wall up against the bedroom was an Ice machine and soda machine. This is your standard HIE and is a good one. I've been staying here for 5 years when in town for work and haven't ever felt the need to find another hotel.
