“Great Stay”

I always stay at this hotel whenever I am in the area. The staff is very freindly and hospitable. The rooms are very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great value for your stay

I was greatly disappointed with my stay at the Americinn in Johnston. From the beginning it appeared to be a mediocre hotel. There is no elevator, only stairs to haul luggage up. “One of the best experiences ever!”

Staying there one would say the over all look is OK. But I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. They made my stay even better than I could ever expect. Karen and the staff were so nice and accommodating. I would truly recommend going there. All of them care about you.

“Nice Place to Stay”

Excellent reception at the front desk, comfortable, clean room, nice, typical continental breakfast. A minor issue with the room was addressed promptly and courteously. This was my second time to stay here and I will choose it again next time I am there on business.

“Great stay”

The young man at the front desk was very polite and professional. The rate was fair and the free breakfast the next morning was more than adequate. If we are passing through this area again in need of a place to stay, this will be it.

“Nice place to stay.”

Our room was nicely decorated, well kept, very clean. We got into town early and they allowed us an early check in. We did not join in the breakfast, but i did go in an get coffee and a pastry, they have the typical continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

“Great service- nice pace”

We received great, understanding front desk service. We had a few personal problems and the hotel staff did everything they could to make our visit better. Breakfast is workable in a fairly clean area. Could have been cleaner. Price was right.

I am glad that you had a pleasant stay with us. I am also pleased the front desk staff was sensible towards your needs and took the necessary steps to make you feel welcome. We greatly appreciate your specific comments on how we could have better maintained our breakfast area. This is definately a good training opportunity for our staff. More
