I am a Gold member with Sheraton, and fly all around the Midwest staying only at Starwood properties. This last hotel was one of the WORST I have ever been to. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean for the most part. Some stains on the carpet in room and hallways. The website says the hotel offers a fitness center, but it turns out you have to pay an extra $10 per day to use it. Parking is also an extra $10. I'll look for somewhere else next time. more
