Hotel on US 20 near food, mall, theater. Desk staff very helpful. Rooms are being re-done. We ended up in a handicapped room with queen though requested king regular room. Bed was comfortable.

I stay mostly at Comfort Inns, so that is the first place I look for in a town. This one was not nearly as nice as most but staff was very freindly, room was clean...small..but clean.
