I have had to spend a lot of time at hotels in the Des Moines area and this one had, by far, the best customer service. Managers were very accomidating and always so attentive to my needs. Rooms were always clean. Very Early Breakfast too. Huge Plus.

We did the park and fly type thing and liked the pool/spa so much we stayed an extra night on our return. Staff very helpful and friendly. nice beds for a lower cost hotel.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and up to date, well furnished. We had a recliner, arm chair, microwave, small refrigerator, king size bed. Service was fine. The breakfast included waffles. They had a pool, which we did not use. Our room was quiet. Well satisfied in every way.
