We pulled into the Davenport Days Inn after 13 hours of driving--exhausted. We had made advance reservations and were looking forward to a relaxing night's sleep before heading out onto the road again the next day. We were met by a group of unattended children hanging out by the lobby door. When I entered, there was no one at the... more

Older facility on the edge of town, badly in need of updating. Not sure out "security doors" actually locked at night. Our room had broken window (outer pane), bath ceiling coating falling off, light fixtures were all unplugged when we arrived, pillow smelled of cigarettes (non-smoking room), HVAC unit worked but looked very old, TV was OK, toilet seat very... more

To say that we stayed is a bit of an overstatement, because although we paid, we did not stay the night. Or even an hour. The smell of the room was the overwhelming coppery smell of blood. There were unconcealed blood stains (large ones) on the carpet, walls, CEILING and chair upholstery, which my husband documented with our camera. We... more

This was a very pleasant hotel at which to stay. The service was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would gladly stay there again and recommend it to others. more

My daughter and grandkids booked this room threw Expedia. When we checked in we were told to drive around back to acsess our room. The back looked scarier than the front so we again parked in the front. The carpets were very dirty in the hallway and they had a foul smell. The sheets were dirty, there were ashes on... more

My husband and I stayed here for one night on our Christmas vacation. It was not the cheapest hotel in the area, and it listed that they had a pool on their sign. So it seemed that it would be at least a step above the Motel 6 across the street. Their pool was not working, nor was the wireless... more

I stayed there for one night. The room was very inexpensive, just over $40.00 so I wasn't expecting much and thats what I got. When I arrived I was told the pool was closed because it was broken, not a big issue since I wouldn't have used it anyway. But then i discovered that their free internet service wasn't working... more

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night on our way to chicago. The room was very cheap $44 a night. I did not have very high expectations because we were only staying for one night and wanted somewhere cheap. I did not feel very comfortable here. It did not seem very clean at all. The dead bolt lock... more

We just stayed there for our sons wedding. We booked the rooms in November and was told it was to be remolded and an elevator put in. So we didn't make floor request for any of the 16 rooms we booked. We got there and nothing had been done. My elderly and handicapped parents were in a room on the... more
