Staff was great, value was sub par paying 75$ for a double?! Would try something different next time

Clean, comfortable, great value for the money. The are plenty of more expensive hotels in COuncil Bluffs, but if you are just passing through this one has a very friendly staff, great location for jumping on and off the interstate, and is very clean and comfortable. Will definately stop here again when we are on the road.

Clean, comfy, western style inn. Free cookies, Free hotdogs, great pool and is in the middle of a funky little old west style mall, board walks and all. Clean room, nice location..... The bathroom everything worked in it.... really cost effective..... really close to the mall to.... theres plenty of resturants nearby....

Feels like the managers are trying to do what they can with a really old property in an iffy location. Lobby smelled bad but was clean; room was oddly large but felt dated and cheap. Website says recently remodeled - but recently repainted was more like it. Overall, passable, but I'd definitely try a different place next time.

Hotel was located where we needed it, provided convenient access to interstate and restaurants. The hospitality we received was a surprise. From the outside it looks old, but inside it was very clean and updated! For $68 and a family of 5 it was great! Right off of I-80. Pool was nice. Rooms were big.
