This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The luxury of everything you touch makes you feel like royalty! The bed linens are amazing! I've stayed at many a Marriott for my business travel, but this one is tops. The grounds are beautifully kept, the Edgewater restaurant serves an excellent filet, and the pool is big enough to actually move around in. We spent two nights at the Marriott in Coralville. The property itself is beautiful. You enter the property on a very long brick street with fountains. The hotel is built in a newly developed area that has a "city center" feel that includes some shops, restaurants, etc. This is not built out yet, so many places are still vacant. Check-in... more

The Marriott, easily accessible from Interstate, is approached on a brick road. A spacious lobby, marble floors, and a reading room greet guests. The very comfortable sleeping room has granite countertops on nightstand, the coffee station, and bathroom. Bathroom has an opague glass inset in the door, and the shelves in the bathroom were nice for keeping necessary items handy.... more

We were there for a conference and this hotel has nearly everything you could need. It was very nice and the staff was very helpful. Had all the services you would want and then some. more

We only had a one night stay for a conference, but we were impressed with the hotel the rooms and especially the friendliness of the staff, including the chef who gave a short cooking lesson to the spouses. We'll be back! more
