They are still completing the remodel of this hotel but I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and the upgrades are wonderful! The rooms have been transformed to a warm and inviting space. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. It should be almost completed by my next stay and I look forward to the final transformation.

Our stay here was with a block of rooms reserved for a wedding. The couple's suite was nice and spacious and the staff did a great job of switching it over from the bachelor's the night before to the honeymoon couple. A special thanks to the entire staff for a great stay! We arrived after 1 AM and they had our room and pull-out all ready for us. Love the breakfast and coffee as well in the morning. Will be back!

This is a no frills, basic hotel/motel, just off Route 20 in rural Iowa. Room was basic. Air conditioning was fine, but a bit loud as it kicked in during the night. Comfortable bed. My wife and I stayed here for two nights while attending a family reunion. A girl's sports team was also staying at the same hotel and we expected lots of noise, but the "white noise" from the room air conditioner blocked out any outside sounds. Awesome place to stay. Located near a Caseys gas station and fast food restaurant. Walking distance to a nature bike path, not to far from a 24hr Walmart, target store, and mini strip mall with various stores. Price is a little high but not too bad and the breakfast is worth it. Quiet rooms great friendly staff. Enjoy your stay.

Absolutely LOVE this motel. We like the "up North" feel with the huge fireplace. It's fun to sit in front of the fire early in the morning to drink coffee. My wife and I stay at this motel frequently. We have always been very satisfied with the service, the room and the rates. The breakfast is an extra bonus. We know that we will have a great stay at this motel each and every time.
