Great location, beautiful clean room and comfortable bed. We have never stayed here before and wish they would have told us that they don't do the beds everyday.

We booked this hotel becuase it allowed dogs ($75 additional) and had a suite (we have 4 young children). This was probably the cheapest hotel I have ever seen. I was over charged. then when trying to correct bill after several attempts general manager call the team coach and tells him that if we keep harassing her staff we will be asked to leave. Stayed here while the kids played in a basketball tourney at UNI. This property is gorgeous! About 4 months old, very clean and kept up. Very nicely built new facility with all amenities, enjoyed our stay at this location, I was visiting UNI college and foundout about this new location. Very good fitness room, Free guest laundry,Extended stay with indoor pool and spa is kind of rare. I can go on and on about this facility.
