A minimum requirement for a hotel is to provide a non-cold shower. No warm or hot water available. After an hour of waiting, we stopped trying and showered at a relative's house. I will not risk this place again.

Very clean, staff very helpful. Definitely will stay here again later this summer as we are planning a trip to this area again in July.
Make no mistake - this is a motel of the worst quality. The front desk person was friendly but took 20 minutes to check us in. We were placed 3 doors off of the lobby where there were teenagers running and screaming. The floors and surfaces in our room were filthy, the bed was broken, the bedspread was stained, and...

AmericInn in Burlington was cozy! The interior is lodge themed and very quaint and welcoming! The lodge feeling makes it differnet than a refular hotel! This hotel is located next to a small burlington mall, target, java station, starbucks, movie theater, and a couple other small businesses. It is 6 minutes away from fun city! I also loved the continental...

Upon entering our room, there were stains on sheets, bedspread, bathmat, very dusty, unvacuumed floors, a filthy unwashed coffee pot with something (possibly dead bugs) shriveled up in the bottom of it...I asked for a refund and checked into a different hotel. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Highs: Okay breakfasts, decent pool area, no musty or smoky smell in room. Lows: stained bedspreads, dirty carpet, dirty dinged up walls. I would say that a shampooing of carpets, coat of paint, and new (or clean) sheets/pillows and the place would be three star.
First off the staff was just excellent. Everyone was attentive, helpful, wanted to do everything they needed to do to make things work out. I don't think you could have had a better staff except at some of the professionally trained 5 star hotels. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The rooms are virtually noise proof. We never heard...

I stayed in this hotel last weekend and I had such a great experience! All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was very nice. It seemed as they just got new sheets and blankets as they were very nice and crisp. I will continue to stay at this hotel every time I travel to Burlington!!
The lobby looked okay upon arrival. We were in town to visit family and stayed 4 nights. A relative put us up there so we had to stay. Upon arrival, I called about 2:40 and asked if it was possible to check in a few minutes before the 3:00 check in time. We have 3 kids and drove from Dallas....
