Not bad for the price. The location is right next to another hotel so it seems OK. The furniture was pretty worn down and damaged, but the bed was OK. Smelled like lemon cleaner. Internet is REALLY slow.

Nice clean and quiet is how I would characterize this older hotel. The room was clean in all respects, the king sized bed was very comfortable and in spite of it being Super Bowl Weekend and the hotel, being mostly full, was quiet. The price was right for me also.

Cleanliness is a must for us and this is one of the cleanest motels we have ever stayed in!! The owners are so friendly and accomodating!! They have great rates!!!! It is also quiet because is is located behind all the road noise. We will be visiting Seymour often to see my father and this is where we will stay!!

I have been there twice and I enjoy the hotel for the price. It is clean and the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators that work. The staff is exceptionally courteous. Don't let the lack of flashiness on the outside of the hotel discourage your stay. Well worth the money. Will be returning.

Clean, pool was wonderful, desk clerk was extremely helpful and very friendly, and exceptionally dog friendly, great truck parking as well!

Clean, quiet and affordable. Nothing fancy. Employees were very responsive to concerns. Breakfast left much to be desired... I'd stay here again, only because it's clean and affordable.
