“Nice hotel”

The hotel room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The internet was fast. Nothing to complain about. However there weren't any restaurants in the vicinity. We had to get food before going back to the hotel.

“Service could improve”

The hotel lobby looks great but although the rooms are spacious didn't appear as clean. Also, the patrons at the hotel need to be somewhat disciplined or informed by staff not to yell on the floors if they are checking in @ 4 AM

This is one of the most expensive hotels in Portage. I have stayed here before when they had 'introductory rates' when the hotel was new. Good night sleep while on the road: nice large room (I stayed in a King), thoughtful amenities, such as Pantene shampoo and conditioner. Not a bad hotel and a decent value. The furniture in the rooms, however, are in a desperate need of an upgrade. Staff members are very nice. Great morning breakfast. Daily service to the rooms was a bit sporadic.
