You can't beat this on campus location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast at the hotel restaurant was included. The lobby was quaint. The tiny elevators and sleeping areas of the hotel reminded me of my college dormitory. Don't expect luxury accomodations, but still the best bet in town. More

If you're doing anything on the Notre Dame campus, very hard to beat the Morris Inn for convenience. Pleasant but unremarkable inn. Because of location, by far the best option for visiting the university. The staff was friendly, the bedroom was big enough. I liked the bathroom: good size and well appointed, though rather old fashioned.
