The location is close to campus. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Mattress was comfortable. Bathroom had very nice shower and amenities. Jane was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The living room was a nice place to sit and visit. Offstreet parking is available. Free wifi is available.

Jane is a welcoming and helpful host and does a delicious breakfast. We stayed in the Sunset Knoll - the shower is AWESOME!! She even had a book on the artist displayed in this room that thrilled my artist husband when he was permited to peruse it in our room.
