Moved over to this hotel after a horrible experience at the Best Western in Muncie. Much better here!! Clean comfortable rooms and close to Ball State's athletic fields. Had a good breakfast. A little pricey for Muncie so the hotel was down-graded on value. There rate goes up and down with demand...a practice that I think should be illegal.
