My husband and I stayed here during a visit with my son who is attending Notre Dame. The location could not have been better...very convenient to the University, shopping, and good restaurants.
The hotel itself was nothing fancy but very comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was convenient, the food was good, and the service was friendly...

I was in town for a wedding and was very happy with my stay at this property. My only issue there was no where to get a bite to eat late evening. My flight came in late and I missed the rehearsal dinner and there wasn't any good options for a quick bite. Staff is excellent! I was impressed with...

Nice location, clean(which is very important to us), fitness center was adequate. There was however a great paved trail directly across the street from the hotel. We used it twice during our stay. This was not what we expected in a Marriott, but we were pleasantly surprised. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. It had a...

We were in the South Bend area to take our daughter/granddaughter back to Saint Mary's College. I like the area this hotel is in (Mishawaka) because there are a lot of restaurants and shops around. However, beware because on campus move-in weekend, this area is very crowded with back to college families like us. The woman who checked us in...

This hotel was very clean, comfortable, and worth the price. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast which was a pleasant surprise from some of these other hotels. The only thing I would change is that they have the breakfast open a little earlier on the weekends. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
I am a very picky traveler and...

I've stayed at Courtyards around the country for business and they have always been very good. This location is in a great spot however it is not what I'm used to in a Courtyard. We stayed for 2 days. Upon arriving my girls were excited that we had a balcony but quickly refused to go outside because of the cigarette...

Very nice, quiet place.
Everything one would expect from a Courtyard.
Only complaint is that housekeeping repeatedly knocked on the door in the morning despite the "Do not disturb" sign on the door.
Across the street from a huge Meijer store if you need anything.

We stayed one night. Briefly, the hotel appears new, the suites are new and nearly luxuriously appointed with a modern flare, suggesting the revival trend amongst the baby-Marriotts in the US. We welcome this trend. We enjoyed the flat screen TVs and the stainless steel appliances. The complimentary breakfast was very good and we went for more. The staff was...

Stayed for one night so we could attend the ND- Boston University basketball game and had a nice stay. If you have ever stayed in another Courtyard this is almost identical. You get a nice room and a nice hotel at a decent price. Room was big and clean with very comfortable beds. The hotel is also surrounded by a...
