The staff is VERY nice, but the place is just so-so. There is NO hot tub, but the pool is very nice and very child friendly. The rooms are fine and clean, but nothing fancy. A friend and I went to Kokomo for a weekend of antiquing. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of bed linens and comfort of the beds. The only problem we encountered was no hot coffee at breakfast apparently caused by an electrical problem.

Although I am not a fancy traveler, I also avoid middling hotels. As a rule, I am comfortable with Fairfield Inn/Hampton Inn and above. Now a Quality Inn & Suites - completely remodeled - as a mfg sales rep staying out 100 nights a year in Indiana this is one of the best values I've found in a long time. Staff from management on down was very helpful. Nice breakfast!
