Every time I stay at this hotel, I am impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the room. The staff is extremely helpful. My room service order was delivered promptly in the morning. The location is central and within easy walking distance to any downtown events or businesses. The front desk staff was friendly and prompt at check-in and check-out.

Stayed for the Indy half marathon weekend. Such a wonderful trip. The staff at the Westin couldn't have been nicer. And the room was comfortable. Already have reservations for next year. Thank you so much.

The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The location to downtown was as close as you could be without sleeping in the CitiCenter itself!! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Dream beds truly were a dream to sleep on. Highly recommended.

The Westin downtown Indianapolis is a great hotel to conduct meetings or to stay for an event. The location makes you accessible to all the big events ( Lucas Oil Stadium, Victory Field and downtown). The break out rooms are great and staff has been wonderful. Very pleased.
