Hotel needs updating badly. That being said,...the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great on a hot and humid weekend. The breakfast started at 5:30AM and was great..Good location for our needs and lots of restaurants to choose from in the immediate area. Room was OK ... we have stayed alot at the Candlewood Suites..we would take this ovrer... More

Wish we would have read the reviews before staying at this dump. Internet barely worked if at all. Breakfast was barely okay. Power outage meant oversleeping the next morning and late to show/booth. Will not stay again.

Hotel staff was helpful. Location was unpleasant...surrounded by gas stations and truck stops and next door to strip club. Didnt feel unsafe though. Room was basic. Beds were fine. Looked clean enough..but weathered Bathroom was clean. It was fine for us as we got in late and left early next morning. Breakfast included. Would not recommend for longer stay, but... More

After reading trip advisers dated reviews on Southwest Airlines travel site. I was reluctant to book. I needed several rooms for me and my crew for 10 days. As it worked out. The reviews were wrong. The place was apparently remodeled sometime in the recent past. My king room was spacious and the Bed was newer and comfortable. The double... More

Our door would not lock and we were detained for an hour. Finally we loaded everything in our car until the new room was ready for us. Quality Inn gave us a free night because of the trouble and were very nice about it. It tells me that even if there is a problem, it will be taken care of.

We were planning to treat a pastor friend and his wife to a nice weekend and decided that Indianapolis would be a good, central area for us to meet. The web site made this hotel sound very attractive and comfortable. I used the AARP website to make my reservations and held two rooms with a Discover card. What a surprise... More

This hotel needs a MAJOR cleaning! The carpets were filthy, and the "non-smoking" room smelled of old smoke (including the sheets). We would have asked for another room, but we checked in after midnight and didn't think another room would make a difference. So, we opened the window and turned on the fan full-blast. The area was heavily industrial, with... More

Thank you for your comments. The Quality Inn Indianapolis South does have increased rates during high demand periods. The average rate at this property is in the $70 range. While we realize that the nearby businesses aren't of the highest quality, it is our goal to provide a clean room and a friendly staff. More

I stayed at this motel (at this insistence of a friend) during Indy 500 race weekend. Although my expectations were low, I was pleasantly surprised at this motel. Don't get me wrong, it's definitely not the Ritz Carlton or even a Holiday Inn for that matter - but I thought they did a pretty good job of keeping the hotel... More

We're on a cross-country trip to Oregon from Cincinnati. We had to stop right at the exit where this Super 8 is located due to vehicle problems. This area is a truckers' stop and the Super 8 was just behind a truck wash/scale. The price was right (about $61 with tax) for a single queen room, non-smoking. The room was... More
