Absolutely the worst Best Western we've ever stayed at. Okay, the room seemed clean, and the location was good (near a Buca di Beppo Italian restaurant and a mall). The electrical outlet at the desk was falling out of the wall; and the GFI outlet at the sink would trip when you plugged in the hair dryer and the coffee... more

This hotel seems to have seen better days. The facility and rooms seem old and musty. The only elevator isn't even in the main lobby, but halfway down the length of the hotel. The rooms themselves are clean, but grotty looking, carpets and bedding stained, remotes broken, and amenities (such as television) have spotty reception at best. The front desk... more

We have stayed here twice now in our travels to and from Florida. It has a good location if you're coming or going on Interstate 69. It's a big motel with a friendly front desk. It has been quiet for us, but we're there in the off-season. There are several good restaurants in the area you can walk to (Red... more

We stay here for 2 days. We enjoy our stay. The rooms look very clean and seems like new mattress, I had great sleep both nights. Front service was freindly and helpful. The hotel has very nice clean entrance. I would come back here for sure. more

We stayed two nights in a room with a window that was not locked! I was standing next to the window around 7:15 AM heard a noise and saw the curtain billow out into the room. I pulled the drape back and was face to face with a man who was opening the window and coming in! I screamed and... more

My wife and I travel twice monthly to Indianapolis. On this weekend the hotel we normally stay at, The Hampton, was fully booked. We decided to try staying here. BIG MISTAKE! This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. We reserved a room, but wanted to see it before committing. The beds were NOT made, the trash cans were still... more

I needed a place to stay on our way to Bloomington IN. It was graduation weekend so the places in Bloomington were charging their highest rates so we decided to stay about 1 hr away. I found this place located on the NE corner of Indianapolis right next to I-69 and I-465. It is also about a 1/4 mile away... more

Again I stayed at the best western castleton inn and found their staff and facilities great. I could have gone down the road and paid $50.00 for an indoor pool but everything here was warm and welcoming. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. more

I had schedled this hotel along with the rest of our 10 year old's baseball team for June 30th through July 3rd. Due to reasonable and unforeseen circumstances, we were forced to abandon the trip. Despite a cancellation attempt 10 days in advance of the reserved date, our entire team was charged for the rooms (over $3,500 total). On one... more
