Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful with all our needs. We stayed for an entire week 2 times during the month of September. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed is probably the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. Provided better than basic room and service. Exceeded my expectations with a Very comfortable bed, flatscreen TV and quiet, well kept common areas. The only drawback is the location, although with easy access to I-465, is next to a casino and car wash, not much of a view. But overall, would definitely stay again. The rooms were deplorable. My sheets were dirty and my bed wasn't even made!! There was even a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. I called the front desk to be moved to a clean room & I was given so much hassle!! The tub was also stained pink. more
