My wife and I stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites in Greenfield, Indiana, near Indianapolis. We were very unhappy with our treatment by the management there. (I believe there is a new manager now.)

I am very sorry about the time zone difference. Our recorde show you stayed with us last year in August 2011 and at that time breakfast was over at 9am. Alot of things have changed since the last time you visited 9 months ago. Please give another chance to make your stay wonderful.

I stayed at this hotel on May11,2012. The room was spacious with a great bed and wonderful linens. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I received great service at the front desk from Jeri. I plan to stay here again this summer. Highly recommend!!

Nicely maintaned, both inside and outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool was closed due to season. Work out room was a converted guest room, could have used better lighting. My suite rm216 was awesome, both size and layout very nice. Would recommend to others.

The unit I stayed in was more then adequate. The one time I asked housekeeping for shampoo and conditioner; the response was immediate.
