Easy access to the freeway, Close to the outlet mall, Room was clean, hotel had recently been remodeled, Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, and had ample parking. Only drawback to me was room 218 was too close to ice machine and elevator and was noisy all night.

Hotel was great and the staff was even better. This was my second time staying there and I will definitely stay there when I return. Couldn't have asked for it to be any better. Rooms were warm and clean, staff went out of their way for us, location was good, and the complimentary breakfast was very good.

Great room, great staff, great value! Highly recommend this Hampton Inn. Newer interior. Clean rooms. Breakfast was normal Hampton fare, but the staff were super friendly. Location is convenient to area lakes, state park, outlet mall, winery and Angola.

The people are great, cheerful, and helpful. The bathroom needed some updating, but overall the room was very comfortable. We had a little problem getting to the hotel after leaving the interstate. Great location just off the toll road. Best value at a Hampton Inn and the same service and quality you expect at higher priced hotels. Traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio, this is the place to take a break and refresh. Very polite and helpful staff.

Very nice lobby, hot coffee and cookies were nice. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels, coffee every day. Breakfast was very good. Pool was a little small but the kids still enjoyed it. Lobby was nice. Will stay here again when we are in the area.

Located next to a hotel we had a reservation at but canceled because they had class in their pool the Hampton Inn should have been our first choice. The pool has been reconditioned and is very nice. Right next to the fitness room. The beds are nice, plenty of pillows and linens, and the rooms get very dark at night.
