Check in process was pleasantly efficient when our booked room ( 2 Queens with a sofa bed) was not available we were offered joining double rooms, which was very comfortable for our family with 2 teenagers. Shower/tub & sink clearly not cleaned. Coffee maker covered in stains covered by a thick layer of dust. The location was inconvenient due to road construction. Third floor hallways were disgustingly smokey but the actual room was okay. Staff was friendly. We were given a great recommendation on restaurant choice. More

The staff was very friendly. It was right off the highway except the bridge was out and it was difficult to figure out how to get to the hotel. Our room was clean and so were the common areas. The first thing we noticed was the swimming pool how absolutely FILTHY the water , and especially the bottom of the pool was. The room and hallway smelled smoky and musty. There was a lot of construction as we exited the highway and it may it difficult and time consuming to get to the hotel. The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly, but I would not stay there again. More
