We asked for a none smoking and when we arrived they had no nonsmoking left. They stated that some one had messed up. They were very apologetic and did give us a free voucher for some time in the future. The room was fine, no complaints. More

This is a small chain of hotels and I have stayed in many of their properties, and am always impressed with how consistent they are. Some chains can be very hit or miss on quality -- not Drury Inn.
