Had an ok stay. Decent hotel, nothing special. Too expensive for Bloomington. You're paying for location. Small rooms with a view of the parking garage. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

We always try to stay here when in town visiting our son at IU. The rooms are clean, the housekeeping is excellent and there is very convenient parking. The beds are a bit flimsy. One big complaint: beware during graduation. They will charge an outrageous price with a three night minimum, simply because they can.

Great location in downtown Bloomington. Overnight parking in the adjacent garage was $7 per night with convenient gate card access in and out. Morning breakfast around $11 was a great value. This is a relatively brand new property and we were greeted warmly upon our arrival. I would definitely stay there again
