The front desk person was more than helpful. However the bed was lumpy and swaybacked. I love my wife but don't want her sleeping on top of me. Time to buy new mattresses! Slight cigarette smoke smell. Room lacked a comfortable chair.

The room was really bad. there were hundreds of dead bugs on the window sills. Moldy coffee maker, no shampoo/conditioner, smelly, etc. Not anywhere near the price they charge. I would not recommend this for any traveler. Very disappointed!

The rooms in the Flagship were updated but still filthy. Our coffee maker had mold growing in it.
