The hotel itself is decent, smaller than expected gym based on it being a new property and the executive lounge, the reason i stayed here has a horrible "hot" breakfast. Motel 6 has a better breakfast. More

Nice lobby, outstanding staff, great restaurant, convenient location. The room was fine, but not quite what I have enjoyed at other Westins. This is a very nice hotel that appears to be a newer property. The rooms are clean, spacious and have wall to wall windows (including in bathrooms). The weekday rate is high, but weekend rates are reasonable. I would definitely stay here again. More

My stay at the Westin North Shore was fabulous! The room was clean and neat. The restaurants were great. The service was exceptional! The hotel is about 15 minutes from Chicago's O'Hare airport.
