We have been staying at the Shelby Inn for years. Ken and his "crew" are friendly and fun to be around. The morning coffee clutch with guests and locals is worth the trip. You may be able to find a cheaper room, but you won't find the charm that you will find at the Shelby Inn.

Decent enough, spent two nights while visiting family in Sullivan and Decatur. Nice folks run the place, accommodated our late check-in. Very basic, fairly dated room, short on amenities, but expectations have to be tempered, the area is not so geared to tourists.
