i enjoyed staying here in years past, but it's really gone downhill, and i wouldn't stay again after my last visit. the front desk staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and unfriendly. every room has a sliding door to a "balcony" that is about 6 inches wide. what a weird reason to install a door...and they dont close or lock in half... FP is an extremely convenient place to meet near the O'Hare Airport. Good staff, very clean rooms, nice comfortable facility for a business traveler. Restaurant is good and adds to the convenience. We were there for meetings and stayed inside the whole time and it was very convienient and comfortable. More
