“My second stay at this hotel and they missed the mark again”

I have diamond status with Hyatt which seems to mean very little at Hyatt hotels . This hotel which is not close to Ohare airport and caters to airline employees but not their top tier guests! Clean rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast buffet! The staff was friendly and very helpful when needed. Too bad the housekeeper can't keep track of the in-room snacks that I NEVER touched. “Great hotel, wonderful staff”

This is wonderful hotel! Jose, my breakfast waiter was fantastic, very attentive. The omelette chef was great and the food was awesome. The staff seem more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and your stay is good. I have stayed at the place multiple times and it has always been wonderful.
