For a small hotel Northwest outside of Chicago, it's been always a pleasure. Since it is in close proximity of my final business destination, I stay at least two times a year, different seasons. Never had any problems, nothing to complain. Administration is always welcoming and accommodating. Great value for services. Totally recommend.

This hotel was a bit difficult to find but definitely worth the quest!!!! It's so convenient to the historic area - you can walk to all the shops. Rooms were super clean and quiet. Staff were great. Breakfast also very nice with all different items. Definitely worth the stop and would love to go back.

I booked a room online using Club Carleson points. Very nice hotel. Room was very clean. The beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and it was nice. We definitely would recommend this hotel and we would stay again in the future.
