After a horrible Experiance with United Airlines and 3 cancelled flights we stayed overnight at the Doubletree. They were amazing, accommodating our every need. Our bags are stuck with United so we had nothing. Doubletree provided us with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable. The front desk personally was exceptional. 6 out of 5 stars. More

The rooms are very large, especially for the Chicago area - both a couch and a reading chair. All bedding and furniture was comfortable.
