This was definitely the best deal for a hotel in chicago. Everything thing in the hotel is up to date and modern. Something you would find in downtown chicago for a whole lot less. The staff was friendly and the shuttle drivers were amazing!! More

Although the hotel is a bit quirky - no towel holder for the hand towels, no dressers to unpack in (just cubby holes), the quick response of the staff to any request outweighs all the other considerations in my opinion. If you want a hotel convenient to O'Hare that makes customer service a priority this is the place to stay. More
