Very small room. Very few towels. Little counter space. No breakfast bar offered. We paid $100 and this was WAY too much! They offered 100% satisfaction and their website said that if not satisfied they would, "Make it right." I emaied them about this. Received a polite response but no commitment. So, I emailed them back with no response. more

I was in a remodeled king room. Good - very nice front desk staff. Nice clean bedding & room. Three (yes 3) different HBOs and expanded cable. Very very good lighting (including nice over the bed reading lamps.) Good rate (I got a special.) Tons of near-by shopping (Borders, Wal-Mart, ect.) and food places. My friend and I never actually made it to this hotel. We got caught in a terrible rainstorm and couldn't make it, so we called and Keith at the front desk was really sweet about it. Even though it was very late at night, he canceled the reservation with no charge. more
