Room was so cold upon arrival, had to use the in-room hair dryer pointed into the room for about an hour or two just to get the temp up to barely a comfortable level. Hot water in the shower lasted about 5 minutes then turned ice cold. Bed is hard as a board. STAY AWAY!! More
