I'm originally from Peoria. When I'm not staying with family I will stay at Mark Twain. Clean, friendly staff, great decoration, good sized rooms, complimentary drinks at the hotel bar, close to downtown and fabulous free breakfast (waffle and omelet stations manned by cooks).
