The customer service at this hotel is stellar. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The new breakfast buffet is very good with more choices than one can imagine. This was the worst Holiday Inn Express we ever stayed at. Our room was extremely dirty. We got a smoking room because we brought our small 10 lb. dog, who is very clean. We were afraid to put him on the floor. I had to wash everything we had with us twice just to get rid of the smoking smell.... more

The Holiday Inn Express was an excellent place to stay. We were greeted with friendly service at check-in and homemade cookies still warm from the oven. A very nice room, including microwave and fridge, and wireless internet service available in the room.
