Stayed here as it was located close to 88 and close to our office. But a disappointing experience. Had to check out abruptly because the Wifi was not working and was under major repairs. Even when it was working for the initial few days, it was ridiculously slow and would not allow skype sessions. No laundry pick up service- strange!!... More

All of the staff were more than personable. I interacted and observed them first hand for 3 days. Blake, Crystal,Juel, Irene, Alfredo, Adriene, Clesia & the housekeeping staff were more than pleasant. King size bed was very comfortable too. Thanks!

Have spoke at events at this hotel the last three years. The hotel has been upgraded and the meeting rooms are fantastic. My room was on the front of the hotel, however there was no disturbance from the street noise. Wish the breakfast buffet had a few more choices but was ok, no complaint.

Booked there to try this hotel; this hotel's mission is clearly outstanding customer service. Hotel was impeccably clean, frontdesk staff incredibly friendly and addressed all my questions and needs; this hotel is only 20-30 minutes west of downtown Chicago, and the major airports. Plenty of parking, and very convenient restaurant, opens late, great food and breakfast.

This Holiday Inn is an older hotel that has been re-done, and quite nicely. My room was attractively decorated, spacious, and quiet, with large screen TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron & board, and hair dryer. Comfortable bed and side chairs.
