The staff was very quick and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Having a Walgreens next door is a huge bonus - next time I visit I wont pack travel size items, I'll just pick them up from walgreens.

You never go wrong staying at a Hilton Hotel, and this one doesn't disappoint. Everything you need is there, the staff is extremely helpful, and you get a Downtown Chicago quality hotel, for a suburb price. Excellent value, and Excellent hotel.

If you're a tourist to Chicago, it's way too far out from the center of the City by car, as traffic is really bad. But the hotel was just fine. Free wifi and free parking help make it a great value. This hotel takes for granted that people will be back to them based on their reputation. I am sorry to see these guys failing to provide what they charge for. Elevator fails, no hotel luggage carrier handy, lack of security (they didn't check what people left on the room safe), expensive breakfast. On top of that, someone hit my car... More

Stayed here the last week of March and I enjoyed my stay. As a gold member they give you access to the club floor. In the club they have free appetizers and drinks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. They also have a pool table. Overall another great stay.

Great for a relaxing stay in the Oak Lawn Area. Service exceptional and room was fantastic, clean and excellent amenities. Restaurant serves great breakfast buffet and ala carte items. All in all a wonderful overnight experience.
