I lived in st. louis during the four years my girlfriend went to Northwestern University and found the Edgebrook hotel by accident. For the first couple of visits we would stay in the really nice hotels in Evanston, like the Omni Orrington but that got pricy. but only fifteen minutes away awaited the diamond in the rough the Edgebrook Suites... I stayed at the Edgebrook in August, 2000. We flew into Midway and my plan was to stay at a motel near the airport. Then I got a look at the motels near Midway----in a word, scary!
