After 3 layovers a 4 hour car. Ride to my next business location, I stopped here. I expected better customer service everyone acted like I was a problem and it was a waste of their time to have me there. Next time I will drive another hour to stay at the Holiday Inn in Urbana.

Got this at the last minute due to nearby hotel being full. Was pleasantly surprised!! Nice room and bed, great pool, hot tub and excercise room. Breakfast was a "full" one. First experience with automatic pancake machine. Clean property all the way around. Friendly desk employees. Will definitely go again!!!

It was very busy there when we were there because it was the weekend of Bagelfest and the softball tournament that goes with it (which is why we were there).
