We checked out early by cancelling our second night at a real dump (The Inn at Eagle Creek) at nearby Findlay Illinois. The hotel was new, and clean. The staff was very friendly, but the maintance staff was laughable. They were unable to set the hot water. For 4 nights there was no hot water. I finally talked the desk clerk to allow me to adjust the tempering valve to allow hot water to go to the rooms! I would / will... more

We stumbled upon this hotel as it was brand new, This place is wonderful! It is so new that the pool wasn't even open yet. They had a large breakfast/lounging area and it was very homey with a double sided fireplace. The check-in staff was great, but the night crew didn't know the password to the computer in the office... more

My family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in July 2008. The hotel is new and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My children enjoyed the indoor pool which was also clean. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future. more
