I have stayed in this hotel previously, when it was under a different company brand and I did not like it. It looks like the current management has made giant steps to improve the image and I have to say it was much better than I had hoped for.

At check-in I asked about the 30% discount that the BCD rate said would be deducted from a 3 day stay..The lady said yes, it is additional. At checkout they weaseled out of it. At a wedding nearby - we danced till midnight. The Wyndham provided shuttle rides every half hour. Made the whole reception much more fun. We called for late checkout and it was no trouble. Very nice room, amenities.

We had a two room suite for two nights while our grandson played in hockey torny. Rooms were spacious and very quite. King bed was excellant with nice bedding but the sleeper sofa was very bad. Grandkids were disapointed that the hot tub by the pool was not working and the pool was too cold to swim.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and find the rooms to be clean and comfortable. I stayed two nights at this hotel while attending a church planting conference in Naperville. It has a nice large lobby, clean rooms, and overall a nice stay. The locations is right off the highway, so it is very convenient. My only complaint is they charged me an upgrade fee to get two double beds because I booked on Priceline.... More

The front desk knew very little if anything about the conference schedule. They told me to be down at the conference at 6:00am and that I was to provide my own breakfast.
