This is the absolute most disgusting hotel we ever stayed in. First the staff tried to get an extra $20 dollars since it was friday. All other hotels were booked. The experience was very much displeasing. The staff was VERY RUDE, and the service was shameful and unwelcoming. The condition of the rooms were horrible. There were no towels, dirty bathrooms, elevators turned off causing undo inconvience to guest, rooms not properly kept, constant problems with the key cards. Most horrible stay. more
