This is not the typical Holiday Inn Express more like a cheap Days Inn. Needs updated. Carpets have stains, bathroom floors need cleaned badly stained. Room cleaning service is poorly done. Staff at front desk is not real helpful and have to wait to get service.

Well, this place is overall a nice place...great jets on the hot tub and decent sized pool. However staff not real responsive to my work order...I asked for them to replace the drain stopper since it was missing because I wear contacts and was afraid of losing one...so after 3 phone calls and several excuses they ended up never fixing...

This hotel had friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice location right by a mall, shops, and resturants. We loved the nightly cookies that were free in the lobby, along with the coffee and hot choc.
