“Average, yet quiet Hotel with helpful staff”

I was switched hotels and was pushed to stay at Wingate, The staff is courteous and the rooms are amicable. I would say they are trying to do some remodeling. They just introduced HDTV in the rooms with more channels. The pool room is mediocre and fitness room is okay. Nothing superior but nothing unexpected either! I would say this... More

We stayed at the Wingate, Joliet, Il. recently, for a week . Everything about it was very pleasant. Nice, comfortable room, very clean. Very friendly staff, relaxing pool with hot tub. Breakfast was good, too. I'd recommend this hotel when in the area.

This hotel needs a complete renovation, the carpet were dirty throughout the hotel. The beds that supposedly clean had hair all over it!. Pillow cases were no clean .... Worst experience ever!!!
