Hotel service is great and they really take care of their Marriott Elite Members. Workout room is good with pleny of machines and the Conceriege Room is very nice with pleny of options. My only problem is the resturaunt choices outside the hotel are limited to chains. You do a target and a few shops nearby.

Friendly but slow staff. Noise levels from various bits of doubtless necessary hotel plant unbelievable in some rooms. It seems if you have business in Hoffman Estates there really is no option, and the monopoly is clearly no incentive to excel and delight.
